American pancakes…

Ingredients:
– 240ml buttermilk
– 25g sugar
– 160g of all purpose flour
– 60g of melted butter
– 10g salt
– 17g baking powder
– 2 tbs of vanilla extract
– 1 egg
– Berries, Maple Syrup, Chocolate sauce for topping (Optional)


Instructions:
– Mixing the dry ingredient:
  That is the flour, baking powder, sugar and the salt

– Mixing the wet ingredient:
   Add 2 tbs of vanilla extract to the buttermilk
   Add 1 egg to the buttermilk and whisk it up
   Add the melted butter to the mixture


– Finally, mix the wet ingredient to the dry ingredient.
– Pre heat your pan over medium heat.
– Take one cup of the final mixture and cook it over the pan.
– Wait until you see bubbles on one side before flipping.

– Add your favourite topping to the pancake and enjoy!
