Chocolate lava cake

Ingradients:
– 180g dark chocolate 
– 70g unsalted butter
– 30g sugar
– 2 tbs of all purpose flour
– 1 tsp vanilla extract (Optional)
– 4 eggs

Instructions:
– Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a Bain-Marie
– Using a hand mixer, mix 2 whole eggs and 2 egg yolks with the sugar
– Add the chocolate to the egg mixture and mix them together with a spatula
– Add vanilla extract (Optional)
– Then add the 2 tbs of all purpose flour to the mixture
– Finally, pour the mixture equally in ramekin dishes and bake at 200 degree for 8-10 minutes
– Note that it depends on your oven for the cooking
– After cooked, leave to cool down for about 1 minute then remove from the ramekin dishes
– Served best with Vanilla ice-cream and berries
